Letters From Leton: Taking It Seriously!

As I rounded the corner at the Hardees drive-up on Saturday, I noticed the busy young lady handling the window.

She looked very familiar.

The line was long but moving well.

The young lady had a determined and serious look on her face.

When I got to the window to pay, I finally recognized her – the daughter of one of our very own PVB teammates!

As I started to pull away, I told her I was proud of her for working so hard.

At PVB we take the same pride in what we do. We use our 5-5-5 Rule to remind us that opening a little earlier, closing a little later and communicating regularly with one another will make our customers happier and better served.

Folks will often complain about young folks not working – let’s not forget that many young folks do work hard and will be the backbone of our future!
