Jonesville, Virginia – PVB is pleased to announce the promotion of Amelia Bowen to Assistant Vice President.

Bowen joined the Abingdon office in January of 2023. She currently serves the role of the Bank’s Staff Accountant. In this role, Amelia assists with financial reporting, balances and maintains the general ledger accounts, and supports day-to-day financial operations.

Amelia, a native of Wytheville, Virginia, holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Emory & Henry University, where she was also a part of the equestrian team. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, running, and riding horses.
