Jonesville, Virginia–Powell Valley National Bank (PVB, Bank) is pleased to announce Matthew Hubble has been named a Management Trainee.

We are excited to watch him grow as he has the opportunity to service customers across our region in all aspects of lending including the agricultural community.”
Hubble joins PVB with an extensive background in service. He was promoted to Staff Sergeant in the United States Army from 2004-2018 where he was part of the US Army Military Police. Matthew has also served the veteran community as a Veteran Service Representative for several years. His community involvement includes coaching for the SWVA Rush Youth Soccer.
A native of Meadowview, Virginia, Matthew obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Professional Sales and Marketing from Liberty University. He is currently working toward his master’s degree in business administration. Matthew’s hobbies include fishing, golfing, boating with family and traveling. He and his wife, Maggie, have two children, Savanah and Jebediah. They reside in Abingdon, Virginia.
