PVB ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF LETON L. HARDING, Jr. TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jonesville, VA— Powell Valley National Bank (PVB, Bank) is pleased to announce the election of Leton L. Harding, Jr. to the Board of Directors of the Powell Valley National Bank.

“Leton is a talented, experienced Banker who has served the Banking industry and community for nearly forty (40) years,” shared Powell Valley National Bank Board Chairman, George F. Cridlin.

“Since joining the Bank in March 2012, and subsequent selection as CEO of the Bank, Leton has implemented services and programs to position the Bank for a successful and competitive future. In addition, his involvement in numerous community groups and initiatives reflects the deeply rooted philosophy of service PVB has espoused since we began operations in 1888,” said Chairman Cridlin.

Leton, a graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, resides in Wise, Virginia, with his wife Tammie Jo Harding, where they are members of Wise Baptist Church.
