Jonesville, VA – PVB is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordan Wampler to Assistant Vice President.

Jordan joined PVB in September 2023 serving the role as the Bank’s Information Technology Support Technician. In this role, he ensures that the Bank’s network and software are up to date and secure, while also supporting fellow employees with any technology issues.

“Jordan plays a vital part in our day-to-day operations,” said Leton L. Harding Jr., CEO & President of PVB. “Whether it’s a network issue or simply resetting a password, he is always eager to help. His computer science knowledge and problem-solving skills allow us to maintain a secure and responsive banking environment. He has been a tremendous asset to everyone at PVB, and I congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.”

Wampler, a Wise, Virginia native, is a graduate of Central High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. Jordan also earned his Information Security Officer Certificate from Sawyers and Jacobs.

Jordan resides in Wise, Virginia. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, painting, gardening, and spending time with his dogs.
