Jonesville, Virginia– PVB is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa Amos to Assistant Vice President.

Amos joined the Abingdon office in May 2019 working on the teller line as a Relationship Banker. Driven by a long-standing interest in accounting, Alyssa transitioned to the accounting department in 2021.

Alyssa currently serves as the Bank’s Accounting Operations Administrator. In this role, she performs account reconciliations, processes invoices, and assists with gathering financial reports.

“Alyssa has been a tremendous addition to our PVB family,” said Leton L. Harding Jr., CEO & President of PVB. “Her attention to detail, accounting knowledge, and analytical skills have made her the perfect fit for our accounting and operations team. Alyssa and her husband, Colby, reside in Chilhowie, Virginia with their three daughters. Outside of work, Alyssa’s hobbies include spending time with her family and soaking up all of the sweet moments with her daughters.
