Jonesville, Virginia–Powell Valley National Bank (PVB, Bank) is pleased to announce the promotion of Angela Ricker to Vice President.

Since joining Powell Valley National Bank in October 2018, Angie has processed and managed consumer and commercial loan portfolios for four loan officers. This includes reviewing applications, collection of necessary documentation, preparing documents, collaborating with outside vendors, internal loan operations, servicing the loans and customer communications.

With over 32 years of experience spanning several banks, Angie has a broad background in loan administration, portfolio management, operations, sales, marketing, business development, audit/internal controls, training, special events, recruiting, building and maintaining relationships.

Ricker serves as a Kingsport Chamber Ambassador and serves on the United Way of Greater Kingsport Campaign Committee as well as the Christ Fellowship Outreach Ministry Team and Small Group Leader.

Angie has been married to her husband, Gerard, for 30 years.  They have two daughters Skylar and Rylyn. She enjoys spending time with family, agility training with her poodle Lylah, hiking, bicycling, and playing sports.
