Jimmy Millsaps Joins PVB

Jonesville, Virginia–Powell Valley National Bank (PVB, Bank) is pleased to announce Jimmy Millsaps has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer.

“We are very excited to have Jimmy join the officers and staff of PVB,” said Leton L. Harding, Jr., CEO of PVB.  “Jimmy brings a wide banking background and will play a key role in meeting the loan needs of the Greater Morristown Region. In addition, he has a strong reputation for dedicated community and customer service which align with our Bank’s key values.”

Millsaps brings over 37 years of banking experience and expertise with him and has spent most of his career in East Tennessee. Jimmy’s previous roles included a specialized focus in small business and commercial lending, which will be his primary role at PVB.

Jimmy is the past president and member of the Rotary Club in Morristown. He is the past president and now serves on the Board of the Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center servicing Sevier, Jefferson, Cocke and Grainer Counties.

Millsaps received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Tennessee and attended the Tennessee Commercial Lending School at Vanderbilt University. He resides in Dandridge and loves golf, UT sports and boating. Jimmy’s daughter, Leah Debity, and son in law live in Blount County, Tennessee and have three sons, Graham, Jude and Mac James.
