Jonesville, VA – PVB is pleased to announce Caleb Bledsoe, Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer, has been invited to represent the Virginia Bankers Association Emerging Bank Leaders at the 2026 Virginia Bankers Association/American Bankers Association Washington Summitt.
The VBA/ABA Washington Summitt will be held in early March in Washington, D.C. Bankers from across the United States will gather to discuss key policy issues that affect the Banking industry and hear from Virginia members of Congress.

Caleb joined PVB’s Jonesville office in November 2023 as a Business Development Officer. Since joining the PVB family, Caleb has been a key part of meeting the loan, deposit, and financial service needs of the region. He joined the Virginia Bankers Association’s Emerging Bank Leaders in 2025.
Bledsoe, a Stickleyville, Virginia native, graduated from Lee High School in 2011. He then earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from East Tennessee State University.
Caleb and his wife, Savannah, currently reside in Woodway, Virginia with their two cats and dog, Loka.
