As of October 14th, 2025, Microsoft ended support for Windows 10. All Remote Deposit Capture users will see the below message when logging into Smart Pay to scan checks. If you receive the below message, please follow the link to upgrade to Windows 11. This process is fast, easy, and free.
“As a courtesy reminder, Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. End of support for an operating system means that Microsoft will no longer provide updates or security fixes following the end-of-support date. As a good portion of EPS products provide financial features, SmartPay displays an error on any PC that is not on Windows 11, prohibiting use on non-supported operating systems.
