New Bill Pay System - Effective June 27, 2013

PVNB will be offering Bill Payment Services thru CheckFree beginning on June 27, 2013. The Bankís old Bill Pay Service offered thru IPAY will be discontinued that same day.

Why is the Bank changing Bill Pay Companies?

The new Bill Pay system will work with our new Mobile Banking System, which will be introduced at the end of July 2013. The new Bill Pay system will allow you to pay bills from your Mobile (Cell) Phone. The bankís old Bill Pay system does not work with mobile phones and other devices limiting our customerís ability to pay bills away from home or their office PC.

Are there other advantages of the new Bill Pay System?

Yes, the new Bill Pay system will offer a wide range of electronic payments, called POP (person to person) payments and other certified payments. This is a quicker and safer way to get money to family or to pay bills.

When does the new system start? When can I sign up?

The Bankís new system will start on June 27, 2013. That will also be the first day that you can sign up for the new bill pay service.

When will the current (old) Bill Pay system go away?

The current (old) system will go away on June 27, 2013 the same day the new system starts. After that date you will not be able to access any information from the old Bill Pay system.

What do I need to do to get prepared for the new system?

Print off or write down a list all of your current Payees and Payments. You can do this from our current Bill Pay system up to June 27, 2013. You can then use your personal list and information contained in your bill notice from your biller (electric power bill as an example) to create your bill payments in the new system.

How do I sign up for the new Bill Pay system?

Once the new system becomes available on June 27, 2013 you will sign up the same way you did for the old system. Once you are signed up you can create your payments in the system.

Is the new Bill Pay system free for existing Bill Pay Customers?

Yes, all other terms and conditions from the old Bill Pay system apply to the new Bill Pay system.

How can I learn more about the new Bill Pay Features?

A full range of details and information about the new services and benefits will be listed on the new Bill Pay website.

We appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as we transition to the new Bill Pay system.

The change to our new system is being completed in conjunction with the rollout of our new Mobile Banking system that will be available at the end of July 2013 and to provide a greater range of Bill Pay options.
